浅 田 哲弘                         

生 体に様々なかたちでみとめられる単純単調 なパタン。長い時間をかけて環境が与えた植物の姿はそのひとつである。葉の付き方、細胞の並び方、それぞれが紡ぐ幾何の旋律は古くから科学者の心を引きつけ、今も尚よく研 究される。私達の研究目的は植物成長現象へのパターン付与機構の解明である。組織レベルの研究は、細胞分裂面選択に 焦点を当てる。個体レベルの研究では、葉序の可塑性を特長とする多年生草本植物を取り上げる。
